The club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set to be held via Zoom due to the cancellation of the October Show. It will be held on the 13th of October 2020 at 7:30pm. This will be a public meeting and all are welcome to attend, though only financial members are able to contribute to the meeting and vote on policy.

We are required to hold an AGM every year, after the end of the financial year. We will hear a President’s and Treasurer’s report of the year, as well as any proposed changes to the fee structure or constitution, and a new committee will be voted in. We will also discuss general business such as next year’s show dates, workshops, judging, set any sub-committees, etc.
